In case you have more than one device registered on your account, the
below screen will be displayed once logging in. From here you can either use
the quick action icons to send commands to the devices, disable or enable
them by clicking on the slider or enter device management by clicking on
them.
Disabling and enabling devices is used to manage your installations in
case you have changed your phone and want to transfer your subscription to a
new one.
Once you've clicked on a device you will be taken to the
Overview page.
The uppper bar allows you to switch what device to view from the
drop-down button, send commands to the BullGuard application on the
device and access the settings.

IMPORTANT: The commands are sent through
Google Messaging Service in case Internet connection is available and a
Google account is registered on the device. Otherwise the command will
be sent through a text message to the number you entered when
registering.
Note: In case you did not activate BullGuard with
Administrator rights on the device, the commands will not be executed.
Lock
Clicking on the Lock button will bring up the
following lock screen:

If your device does not currently have a passcode set on it, the
passcode entered in the password field will be used to lock it. You can
use this new passcode to unlock it directly from the device.
Locate
When clicking on the Locate button the below screen
will appear. Clicking on the Locate device button from
this pop-up will send the ‘locate’ command to the device. The BullGuard
Mobile Security application will then use the hardware GPS and enabled
Location options of your device to pinpoint its
location and send this information via Internet back to the Mobile
Security Manager.

Note: GPS must be turned on and the device must have a
functioning Internet connection in order for this feature to work.
Once the device has been located, the position will be sent to the
Mobile Security Manager and displayed on the map from the Overview
screen and in the
Antitheft page.
Wipe
When you click on this button for the selected device, a pop−up
window appears. From this window, you can send a command that wipes the
device. Different devices support different wipe capabilities. In some
cases, a wipe command resets the device to factory settings. In other
cases, a wipe command removes only personal data from the device, such
as contacts, calendar events, notes, call history, message folders, and
all data on the SD card.

Click on the Wipe button to send the
‘wipe device’ command or click on X to send no command.
When you click on Wipe, another pop−up window appears
asking you to confirm the Wipe.

Backup
Once you click on the Backup command the below
pop-up will appear. Clicking on Start Backup in it will
send a command to the BullGuard application on the device to run a
contacts, calendar and messages Backup on the device. In case you want
to backup anything else, you will need to use the
Backup module from the BullGuard application.

Note: the device must have a functioning Internet connection
in order for this feature to work.
You can check if the Backup was succesful by checking the
Antitheft page from the Mobile Security Manager.
Scream
The Scream function will set off a full-volume alarm
sound on the device so you can locate it in case it is nearby. The alarm
will last for 30 seconds. In order to turn off the alarm before it stops
automatically you must select the Scream function from
the Mobile Security Manager again and click on Stop Alarm.

Scan
The Scan command will trigger an Antivirus scan on the device and
upload the results in the
Antivirus section on the Mobile Security Manager website.

Note: the device must have a functioning Internet connection
in order for this feature to work.
The bar in the lower part of the Overview page
will display whether you have any outstanding alerts. This includes
Antivirus Events, Call Monitoring,
Message Monitoring, Photo Monitoring
and Call Manager Events. Clicking on any of the alerts
will take you to the corresponding
module in the Mobile Security Manager.

Note: this information will be uploaded to the Mobile
Security Manager only if Internet access is enabled on the device at the
frequency you have specified in the
Settings.
The lower part of the screen, consists of the map displaying the
locations pinpointed by the application on the device. For a more
customized view of the map please check the
Antitheft tab from the Mobile Security Manager.
