Block unwanted calls and messages
The Call Manager module in Mobile Security can be used to make sure
unwanted or unsolicited calls or text messages don't get through to you. It can
also be set to block all shortcode messages by default with the exception of the
numbers you whitelist yourself.
The Blocked tab will list all calls and texts that were
blocked throughout time and the reason for the block. The default Reason for
blocked shortcode messages will be Blocked shortcode.
In order to manage restricted contacts, you need to use the Blacklist
tab from the main Call Manager screen. Once there tap on Add to
Blacklist and choose the Number, Contact or Entry from Call History you
wish to block. Finally select what traffic should be blocked and enter a reason
and tap on Block.
Use the Whitelist tab in order to unblock shortcode numbers
from which you would like to continue receiving messages in case you activated
the option to Block all shortcodes (for example your bank's or
carrier's number).
In order to activate the Block all shortcode option, tap on
the Cogwheel symbol while in the main BullGuard interface, choose
Settings and tap on the slider next to the option.
